Red spots on boobs
I am combination feeding and having red spots appear on my boobs! I have severe health anxiety and it is really scaring me! One of my triggers is going to the doctors so please refrain from mentioning too much in the comments. Just need a little bit of assurance if this has happened to other mums. I do have very big boobs as well x

For me it was mastitis when I got a major red spot. Maybe it’s a clog working itself out? I’d just do gently massage on it and stay hydrated to help!
