Bleaching and coloring hair while breastfeeding
My son is 4 months, and he is exclusively breastfed. I’ve been hearing conflicting recommendations and advice as to whether or not I could bleach and dye my hair as a lactating momma. I was told to not do it while pregnant but now I am still with my black hair and I dislike it. What are your thoughts?

You can bleach and dye your hair while pregnant (not ideal during the first trimester) or breastfeeding, so says science. 😬
I've bleached and colored my hair countless times while breastfeeding. Just make sure baby isn't near to smell the fumes
You can bleach and color while breastfeeding but keep baby away while bleaching
