Eczema?

I thought this was eczema at first but it appears to be spreading, feels dry and is like tiny red bumps/dots?

Eczema can spread and come up in dots. Or it did with our little one.

It looks like a heat rash. Mg lg has got dry patches over her I'm questioning excema every product I use brings her in a rash 🤦🏻‍♀️
