PopThatMumma or The Positive Birth Company Hypnobirthing Course?

I’ve done positive birth company hypnobirthing, lady was very clear about the informations she provided in her virtual videos. I didn’t get to finish it all but we did manage to learn a lot n had a very positive birth experience overall. Even my husband would sit with me and watched the video. I hvnt got opinion on other courses, only other thgs I did was Babyacadamy ones

I haven't tried both but loved the positive birth company course in case that helps 😊 it made me feel very empowered!

I’ve not signed up to pop that mama but I have been listening to her podcasts, I love them and the podcasts are free. Lots of positive birth stories

I loved PBC

I’m doing Pop that mumma’s hypnobirthing ’Birth Box’ and loving it.
I feel incredibly knowledgable about labour and confident whereas I was super nervous beforehand.
The ‘Birth Box’ also has great meditations to listen to with your birthing partner and a couple for when you’re actually in labour.
