Cold shivers

Hi ladies, something very strange happened to me there..I was lying in bed and got up quite suddenly. I then got some pains in my tummy that only lasted a few seconds I noticed my house was cold and put a hoodie on I saw cause I was cold walked through to my living room and shattered shivering and was freezing couldn’t stop? Very weird?
