How accurate is wrist temp on Apple Watch
So, I ovulated on cd8 this cycle, got my LH peak on cd7 the evening after I BD in the morning. I’m now 6dpo, the past 3 days my wrist temp on my Apple Watch is 0.3 degree Celsius above baseline it says. How accurate is this and is this an indication of possible pregnancy or is this something that usually happens post ovulation anyway

It can be also a lot of peoples BBT stays above baseline until a day or two before AF. Mine never used to drop until day before x
thank you, that’s interesting to know, I’ve looked back on previous months and it’s always been high for a day or two after predicted and not for this long, 0.4 today, just have to wait and see
