Twins ??
Hello! My husband and I are finally pregnant!!
We did our first round of IVF and had an early positive test! When it came time for blood work my nurse told me my hcg should be around 50. That time is was 164! They wanted to redraw in 2 days. That was Saturday and she said they wanted to see a 60% increase and for my hcg to be somewhere around 250. We got the test result back and my hcg was 630! Tomorrow will be 4 weeks… I know there is a very large range for hcg levels. But being this elevated is there a chance these are twins? Of course I’ve been googling 🤣 I’m not sure what to rationally think!

Hi I am an clinical embryologist and also pregnant. Can I ask did you have one or two embryos transferred? If it was two there is a very high chance it is twins especially with your bhcg.
I feel like it’s more then twins
we only transferred one!
The day they drew my second bhcg that was 630 I was 3 weeks 5 days
I go in June 10th!
sorry to bother but I’m in a similar boat and curious as to what you found out?! I did my first HCG blood draw 11dp6dt and my HCG was 621. We only transferred in embryo. Kind of anxious after reading all the same google results lol
