Does anyone know how to help with my nephews skin? He’s only 6months, and his parents keep mittens on him so he don’t scratch himself but he always finds a way. Could it be allergy? He’s having aptamil atm. Just need some advise to help ease it for him.

Looks like eczema, and the milk his drinking is causing it to flare up , try and get some prescribed cream that should help, looks similar to what my son had as a baby

My little one had this on his face as of 4 months. It was so sad to watch. We got him silk mittens which helped. Also prescribed creams from the doctors which we had to lather on multiple times a day.
We also tried a few different brands of milk (started on aptamil, tried hipp) and noticed he was likely reacting to the fish oils in the milk so we settled on kendamil, which is fish oil free. I'm allergic to fish myself, so it made sense.
We also stopped wearing perfume around him, just incase it was that he was sensitive too. We also took away anything polyester as we found out that can release chemicals and cause skin reactions. He's 13 months now and has been sleeping with a Teddy for 2 weeks and suddenly broken out in rashes on his face, we've stopped the use of the Teddy and the rashes seem to be healing so his skin definitely doesn't like polyester!
So it could be the milk, but then be aware of what's happening around him as it could be something external irritating his skin. I hope this helps!🙏🏼
Thank you so much! I will relay this to his mum x

Try Childs farm cream. My boy had this when he was younger and it was the only cream that helped him and it hasn’t returned since

Looks like a burn to me imo

That looks really sore.
I hope you have taken him to see someone. I agree it looks like a burn. I'm not saying it is but poor baby. Hope they are ok.
