Breast milk is the best thing IF you are producing. Also if you have colostrum

ok I’ll pump

If you're breast feeding, your body actually produces antibodies to fight off sickness! A eucalyptus spray specifically for babies (as some eucalyptus can actually burn their lungs/throat) and humidifier is also what I use 🥰

I found that burning olbas oil and putting snuggle baby on myself or her cloth worked well and a warm bath before bed or just sat in a steamy room x

If congested you can a nasal aspirator to suck out some of the mucus from nose. I used to get a shower and put baby in bathroom with me slightly elevated as the room would be steamy. Also snuffle babe on something that can be kept close but not actually on baby until they are bigger. If your breast feeding try incorporating a little bit extra vitamin C and D in your diet.

At 1 month old I would think it's not a cold but just remaining mucus from birth or as a result of reacting to cow's milk if you're drinking milk/milk products.

I would consult your pediatrician
