Colostrum colour
Hi everyone.
Has anyone collected colostrum and it has only been clear/slightly cloudy? Just wondering if the baby will still get nutrients when it isn't golden/yellow?

The yellow colour is just about the beta carotene levels in your diet and how your body processes them which isn't really anything to do with baby's nutrition. X

My midwife told me the colour isn’t any indicator of anythjng your body knows what it’s doing! All colostrum is liquid gold! X
