Almost 4 month old waking

My almost 4 month old keeps waking in the night just for cuddles. Spits milk out and just goes to sleep in my arms. She’s usually a good sleeper but ever since her second jabs she’s been funny. From waking at 4 am to just waking for cuddles. Does anyone know why this is?

Same with my 4 month.. he actually keeps waking up every hour, have to cradle him back to sleep, will sometimes even wake up as soon as he feels he is on the bassinet again and will start crying and I start the process again until i can adjust him somehow back.. is it teething? Or 4th month regression? Im just so confused why does he keep waking up despite being super sleepy😵‍💫
