Claims are taking up
to 4 months, it’s so hard to tell some peoples are taking a few weeks and some a few months.
It depends on your circumstances. If you are desperate and suddenly have no income then u can call them and they may fast pace it for u.
Maybe go in person and tell them your circumstances. I got out of abusive relationships and got my payments within few days of applying
