I failed my first and passed my 2nd one sometime it can be because you didn’t fast.

Mine was crazy like 210 and I didn't get the 3hr one chance, my doc just said I had gestational diabetes and we went from there. I was able to manage it very well and baby was perfect 🥰 it all went back to normal after birth. You're welcome to reach out if you end up getting it and need some tips!

Anything over 140 is failing and you don’t need to fast for the 1 hour one

Mine was at 166 for the 1 hour test, I ate a some brioche bread for breakfast and eggs with a bunch of ketchup an hour before the test, they told me to eat normally. I was totally normal for the 3 hour test. And if you do end up getting diagnosed, doc said most women manage gestational diabetes well with changing their diet.
