Combined feeding

My new born is 6 weeks and I’m introducing formula. She didn’t take well to it at all was projectile bomiting to the point she was bringing up bile. Was not a nice experience went doctors about it and they advised me to put infacol in her bottles she only has two a day at the moment but it had stopped her from being sick today will be the first day of me trying a bottle again without the infacol. So my advice is if your baby is projectile vomiting then add the infacol in just to help them digest it better. Xx

My little boy is combi fed and has been since birth. He latched great in the hospital but then when we got home I didn’t feel like he was feeding and wasn’t latching, so I bought some ready made forumla bottles until I found my feet breastfeeding and now he has expressed breast milk and formula just before bed to keep him fuller for longer. He took straight away to the mam bottles and my HV said this was a great way to get them to feed from both for the help. I also use aptamil formula x
