Antenatal classes
Hello, can anyone recommend any antenatal classes in the Northamptonshire area?
I’ve seen Bump & Baby, but the closest group is Bedford.

The NHS class was pretty good but I also did a load of the free classes on the baby academy website and paid for a couple of full classes. It was very useful and for the paid classes they send you a recording after so if you want to refresh yourself on anything you can just look back on the video.
Which I needed to do for the breast feeding class as I had given birth early the day before the class and I fell asleep during it.

Also I would recommend the council's baby support group. In Northampton it's called strong start but Bedfordshire it's called best start. They have alot of usefully groups , links , articles for first time parents.
