bring your car seat and make sure you ask the gate agent if they have an extra seat on the plane for a car seat for a lap infant. if there’s extra room on the plane, they’ll give you a seat for your baby free of charge! also, feed during takeoff and landing to help their ears pop!

I second feeding when you take off and land, but bring a binky in case your daughter isn't hungry, or like my son when we flew last week, demanded to be fed before boarding lol. He had his binky and actually slept through take-off both times and landing the way home. I also reccomend baby wearing through the airport it was so easy for us and my son loved staring at everyone and being close too

Wear light clothes especially if you are breastfeeding. With baby in your arms, it gets pretty hot 🥵 also carry an extra tshirt for yourself just incase the lil one throws up. I got the spinner toys from amazon and he was entertained by them.
Also don’t worry if you LO has any discomfort or isn’t too happy. Babies cry on flights and that’s okay. You are doing your best for your little one❤️ Have a safe flight!

We flew at 3 months, nursed on way up and down and he slept entire flight all 3 flights We took. Brought things to entertain him and was not needed. Flying again in a few weeks at 5.5mo and he’s SO mobile and handsy planning to bring the busy baby mat and some toys.

I’m also traveling soon and was wondering if it’s better to just pack enough diapers for the plane trip and just buy some more while I’m at my destination? That way I’m not lugging around too much?

that’s what we did and it worked great!
