Antenatal Classes

I did a free online one. Selhurst children's centre do a free group called now I'm expecting I believe, to find out more you can call 07776 590572

I asked my midwife and managed to do some for free via the nhs

I did the free Selhurst one too and felt it was plenty! I’ve heard the paid ones can be a bit much 😂

I did the free Selhurst one and one with bump and baby! The Selhurst one was only like an hour or so, where as the bump and baby was about 6/7 sessions every week, it covered a lot more detail and there was more time to answer questions and it was very interactive however it was around £200.

I think the main benefit is the women you meet and I have a group chat with the ladies from both classes. If the bump and baby is out of your budget you will be totally fine with the Selhurst one and a bit of internet research x

The baby academy do free online classes which I found super useful. I did NCT classes as well but the teaching wasn't great, it was worth it for the friends i made though

I didn't do any, I just looked things up and watched loads of videos
