Which minutes and endorsements? What does the endorsements says? Go and take your child now back, otherwise he will keep it for years. You can call the police when you go and say that he keeps he illegally. You can report him for kidnapping as well, depending on the legal circumstances.

I would call the cops and report him for kidnapping if you have no court order. I had a court order with my ex and he thought he was going to get away with keeping my child for over 3 months and I took him to court.

Go get your child before he try and say you abandoned child and you will end up in court instead. Then you will have to prove why you didn’t take your child back … you don’t want to end up sliding down those slippery slopes

So he gave her back to me that day, but, when he wasnt responding, i called everyone to get information on what i could do and apparently the cops wont do anything because she is with a biological parent. Even if there is a court order, the police wont do anything.

Honestly, its like noone cares about the child or mom, everything works in the fathers favour

I feel that way sometimes but you have to get ahead of these things in the long run so he understands what the boundaries are good luck 🍀
