Greek yoghurt. Apply down there. I work at a GP Surgery & we tell patients to do this for instant relief if their not keen on pessary / creams x

I’m allergic to everything used to treat it so I use something called femiclear. They sell it on Amazon it’s like olive, tea tree, and lavender oil. It burns like hell but works!

I've heard a lot of good about Greek yogurt....You're not eating it though you gotta put it down there, on and in👀 make sure it is unflavored

Apply Greek yoghurt down there have been given this advice by a urology consultant xx

Greek yoghurt is instant relief from the symptoms of thrush but I would get the Pessary and cream x

how exactly would you apply it and for how long roughly

there’s not going to be a delicate way to apply as such, just put some on your hands, like you would with a cream. For inside, you could use a tampon applicator (take the tampon out obviously) then put yoghurt inside. As for how long or how often that’s up to you. Hope this helps x
