Oh no 🥲 lots of hot water with honey and lemon, chicken soup, paracetamol and as much sleep as you can manage! Oh, and stay hydrated!
Hope it passes quickly for you!

I have terrible cough and I'm 38+3. I did onion on my feet covered with plastic bag and socks, will do it tonight again. Honey you can eat like 3 spoons just like that, as it helps with all the things 🙌

I had (/still have!) a horrible cough and cold whilst giving birth, you have all my sympathies! No decongestants, but a lot of cough syrups will be ok. I couldn't do any of them as I'm diabetic and they're very sugary, but if that's not a problem for you, check with pharmacist and do that. I did have a couple of spoons of honey out of desperation in the middle of the night, and it did help but not a long term solution for me! You can use Vicks, on your chest or inhaling. Showers helped, and I went through a lot of my raspberry leaf tea and lemon and ginger tea! Fingers crossed it eases for you.

I had sinusitis going into labour last week, I was worried about it before but honestly didnt cross my mind whilst in labour, you've got SO much adrenaline running through you! I did have to ask by husband for a tissue to blow my nose quite a few times to help my breathing (even in the middle of pushing 🤣) but otherwise not a problem ❤

Plenty of vitamin C, onions, orange juice, bell peppers, drink loads or water.
