** you have the right to know in full all who are present in a hospital setting during your birth.

- every woman has the right to choose her birth setting/environment from the available safe options that are in her community
This is where having a support tribe is extremely essential and important
From home birth, hospital or birth center
It is imperative to know the layout of the environment
(rules, regulations, limitations and freedoms)
so that you can gather your *papertrail to go over, decide what’s best and defend gracefully if need be

- every single woman, regardless of immigration status has the right to health care.
before, during and after pregnancy including after birth 🗣️

- every woman has the right to choose either a midwife or a physician for her maternity care/wellness.
Both are qualified by state laws, leaving this entirely up to you without the interference of system standards

- all woman have the right to receive all or partial care from a single care provider or even a small group of care givers (i.e doula, midwife) with whom she can form a relationship
With this, it gives woman the option to switch providers that are NOT providing adequate care at any point

- every woman has the right to
ACCEPT or REFUSE
procedures, drugs, tests, and treatments while also having her choices honored
Every woman has the right to CHANGE HER MIND 🗣️

- every woman has the right to receive maternity care/support that identifies and addresses social and behavioral factors that may effect her health and the wellness of her baby
** all woman should have access to therapy resources, social services etc

- every woman and her baby, have the right to receive care that is consistent with CURRENT scientific evidence
*when your requests more information on a vaccine for an example, you have the right to request not only the paper info on such but also it must be a study posted at least within the last 5 yrs.
If not, you have the right to decline

- every woman has the right to FULL AND CLEAR INFORMATION about the benefits, the risks and not limited to the costs of all procedures, drugs, tests and treatments offered to her.
Including and not limited thorough explanations of other reasonable options INCLUDING no intervention
