How to know I have ovulated after a miscarriage.

It’s been two weeks since I have had my miscarriage. How will I know if I’m ovulating after a miscarriage? Will it take me longer to ovulate after a miscarriage? Or should I wait for my first period to track my ovulation?

100% wait for your first period! :)

Sorry for your loss momma. It’s is definitely best to wait til your first period. After my miscarriage I guess I ovulated the day after is how the doctor kinda put it. I ended up getting pregnant within the same week of my miscarriage so ovulation can vary after miscarriages. But definitely wait til after your first period. I wish you the best 🤍
