Tips For Working Out in the 3rd Trimester

Hello everyone! I am currently 27 weeks pregnant! My due date is September 17th. This is my first pregnancy.

I haven't consistently worked out in a long time since highschool (I am now 22). I really regret not keeping up with it and would like to start now.

I'm not really worried about losing weight after giving birth. I'm more worried about being healthy and preparing my body to give birth. I'm not really sure how to approach it safely. I'm also anxious about accidentally causing early labor.

I'm not in budget to hire a trainer for help at this time.

Any tips or advice to help me get started? Most appreciated!!

YouTube has some great pregnancy workout videos or there are lots of programmes you can pay for that are inexpensive from Instagram if you have a search. Just make sure you get clearance from your doctor.

Friends wedding abroad

Hi all. I know this is FTM... But really need advice. I am currently pregnant with baby #2. Only 8 weeks. I didn't want to tell anyone yet, my partner and boss knows (needed for risk assessment reasons annoyingly). My friend is getting married in a remote part of Spain in ~3 months. I've already had a few minor complications, pain, bleeding, vanishing twin... I got preeclampsia last pregnancy and a terrible birth.
I am pretty sure I don't feel comfortable flying and then travelling out to a remote part of Spain during pregnancy. It will just be me and my toddler. I know it's overcautious but I just don't feel comfortable. I'm not even sure if I am going to be classified as high risk pregnancy or not.
How do I handle this? I need to tell her ASAP, but I didn't really want to tell anyone yet as doc told me miscarriage risk is a bit increased with vanishing twin. Any ideas?

Anxious/depressed

My first pregnancy symptom was my anxiety out of nowhere. I feel like I'm a bundle of nerves and just so scared of everything. Is anyone else feeling similar? How are you managing? Are we contributing it to hormones?
