Tommee Tippee Prep Machine Warnng light

Hello, Does anyone else have the Tommee Tippee Day and Night prep machine? Our prep machine temperature warning light keeps coming on even though the water is cool which I’ve put in the machine! Anyone else had the same problem and how did you solve it? As the warning light isn’t going away and won’t let me prep any bottles. I’ve had the warning light come on before but usually works once cooled down! This light isn’t going away.

I would suggest contacting customer service, they were absolutely brilliant with a different issue I had.

I may be wrong and sorry if so, but It sounds as though you may be putting the water in when it’s too hot on a regular basis? We let the water cool down in either the kettle or a jug before pouring it into the prep machine every time. I’ve done it once when it was too hot and the red light was on for ages, not had any problem since letting water cool each time. If it continues, I would contact customer services x

@Georgia thank you! Water was cool before pouring it in I’ve had it before where water has been too warm and then warning light goes but this warning doesn’t seem to be going 🫠 thank you anyway ☺️

@Tania yeah the water was cool when I added it not hot at all that’s why unsure why its come on! Hope it’s not broke 🫠 thank you anyway xx

Have you tried popping an ice cube in the water to see if it goes off?

So random but this has no happened to me today after commenting here yesterday 😂 not sure what to do! I’ve turned it off overnight & will see if it’s the same in the morning!

@Tania put an ice cube in it, might need a couple depending on how warm it is. Mine did this during the summer months
