I want to divorce my husband but he won’t leave
We have two kids, and it would be a lot easier if he left rather than us 3 leave. Google looks like it says NY courts don’t tend to make a spouse leave the house unless they are a danger to the household.

Is he a danger to you?
Honestly, if I get separated I would like for my partner to leave since I’m keeping my child. But it’s hard leaving your family and your household and starting anew, if the relationship didn’t end terribly (aggression) than give him some time to save money and move out.
Idk, I’m assuming that’s your kid’s father, if possible for you, just give him some time.
And in that time I hope you can plan how coparenting would be.

Yeah who paying the mortgage? Another thing u can do is save up and get a apartment let him pay idk how much your paying for the house 🏠
