Anyone else’s baby reacting slightly to cows milk in porridge, or yoghurt? Or even after any food, would you stop giving it?
Baby comes out in a mild rash every time but I don’t know whether that means he’s *allergic* or what! I don’t want to completely stop because there’s no other symptoms and still happy and smiley.
Any advice?

I remember in the infant feeding class I did they said that we can confidently give foods that can be allergens because the first reactions are usually mild and will only show as a rash for example but the allergy might be a lot more severe moving forward. But of course that doesn't mean your baby is allergic, just something to keep in mind. Might be worth asking your GP/HV for more specific advice.

Do you have pictures? X
do you mean that ideally I should stop giving it cos the reaction next time could be worse? Because I have also heard that you need to keep exposing them to allergens so that they become desensitised.
I will speak to a professional soon I just wondered what everyone else would do. Because I don’t know if I am just being anxious x

I'd day it's best to speak to a professional either way, because the rash might even be from something else. I do expose to allergens regularly as well with the aim to reduce the risk of allergies but just ones that don't trigger a reaction. A doctor would be best suited to help definitely.

My daughters heat rash was when it was Feb and wasn't warm at all but she gets warm very quickly x
