Does this look like a heat rash?

My daughter had this a few months ago and GP said it was viral, it lasted about a week. But can’t say for sure it’s the same thing x

I'm not sure but if it gets redder and looks lacey it could be scarlet fever. It's doing the rounds atm xx

My son has a rash that looked the same (he was poorly - snotty etc) and GP said it’s was a viral rash. It lasted just under a week. Again, didn’t really have a temp and started to feel better in himself and the rash didn’t really change.
The doc said of it was Scarlet fever they would look/behave really poorly and red tongue and the rash would get increasingly worse (redder) which it never did.
