Heat

I totally agree, was looking forward to some nicer weather but we can only go outside at like 7pm and even in the house with our fan on it’s 26 degrees. She is mostly okay but breastfeeding a lot more so I just spend my days sweaty with my tits out trying to stay hydrated 🙂

haha I’m combi feeding and the only thing that settles him is boob so absolutely with you on that. He’s glued to me 🙃 poor little things it’s vile

Currently sitting here breastfeeding for the 100th time today as I type this 🙃

my first was born in feb and it was so much easier and a lot less worrying.

I had to breastfeed in the park earlier and it was a sweaty uncomfortable experience especiallyas i put one of those privacy apron style covers over us both then i was fighting to pull my top up and bra down. Ugh! Couldn't wait to get home

Thank god I've just seen this post don't think my LO has been down for more than 20 minutes and between the cluster feedings and the contact napping she's so out of sorts

So glad I am not the only one, this heat is the worst I cannot get my little one to nap without me and was feeling so overwhelmed with it all

We’re all in the same boat then 😭 it’s been so overwhelming. We’re all so hot and bothered and my 3 year old is so loud the poor boy can’t sleep a wink!

Skin to skin naps are great, somehow our magical bodies adjust to the temperature needed. So if baby is cold we heat up, if baby is hot we cool them down!

Same here my baby was just constantly feeding but what helped I give her a bath she cooled down a bit but she wanted to be on me and held I was sweating 🥵
