Is anyone else really struggling ti want to have sex? I have absolutely no libido whatsoever!! I wasn’t like this with my first baby. I don’t know if it’s because I’m breastfeeding this time but I’m usually quite a high libido person and now it’s none existent

I'm EBF and have no libido.
It's basically because breastfeeding supplies the body with oxytocin.
Imagine you need 5 cups of oxytocin a day, normally you would get this fill through many different things; hobbies, friends, family, sex etc. But breastfeeding already fills 4.5 of those cups everyday!
I'm bottle feeding, 15 weeks PP and have had "basic" sex with my husband about 3 times, the 3rd time I just did not enjoy it at all. We had an amazing sex life before and I just can't engage in basic sex, but physically, we can't have it how we used to yet due to recovery. I still find my husband massively attractive and in my mind I want him so bad, but I just can't, the actual drive of hormones or whatever it is just isn't there.

exactly the same here! I still find my fiance attractive in every way just have no desire at all to have sex!
