Spots
Hi,
Has anyone seen these types of spots appearing on their babies body such as in nappy area, thighs, belly and then they dissappear within a few hours?
My 5 month baby has been getting these now on and off they don't seem to give him any discomfort or a high temperature either.
Any advice will help. Thanks.

Tbh it looks like a bite. Have you checked baby's bedding/blanket?
I've checked and thought the same thing but weirdly enough it mainly appears in his nappy then it's gone a few hours later
