Hi guys,
My son slept so well until he was around 15 months old and since then his sleep has mainly been a mess. He falls asleep fine and doesn’t have split nights but wakes up screaming the house down several times a night and is up for the day between 4:30 and 5:45am. Some days we are lucky and get 6/6:30am so I know he can do it. He’s had a lot of back molars come through and I’m pretty sure he has his last 4 coming through too so there might be no avoiding this at all until the teeth come through but I’m hoping we can do something to help.
Can people tell me their bedtime and nap routines? And timings of naps and bedtimes and when their children wake up? We have already sleep trained (no judgement please) and he hates being rocked to sleep and only wants to be in his bed. He falls asleep fine, occasionally with a tiny bit of moaning if he’s overtired. His room is completely blackout so no light is coming in from anywhere. He has very low level white noise on near the window just to hide the noise of the main road and the birds at 4am 🤦🏽♀️ although I’m sure he can still hear the birds. He’s also started sleeping for 40 mins at nursery again when he used to do up to an hour and 20 minutes. It’s been 6+ weeks since he’s not doing this anymore. He naps well when at home.
Ive had enough of having 4 hours of broken sleep because my son is screaming every 3 hours and im having to try and go back to sleep again ALL the time.

Hi lovely, my LG has anything between a 1-2 hour nap. I let her nap whenever she wants in the day, as long as she's awake before 4pm.
Then bedtime is between 7 and 8pm. My partner goes in and settles her with some lullabies playing. She sleeps in a toddler bed with a bed guard on.
She wakes up anytime between 6-8am.
We have blackout blinds and a fan on low at night for her (facing away from her) as it helps to keep her cool and she likes the noise x
Thank you ❤️

My boy is waking between 5.30 and 6 at the moment so not sure our routine is working but seems to be what he needs 🤷🏻♀️
He still has a cat nap in the morning for half an hour. And then 1.5 hours after lunch. Up by 2.30/3 and asleep by 7.30

When is your bedtime? Ours is about 8pm, sometimes a touch later. We get wake up about 7am (touch wood). Nap is about 2 hours. Do you maybe need a bit less sleep/a later bedtime? It could be temporary though, I think sleep resistance at this age is common.
