hello ladies,
I wanted to seek your thoughts from the ladies that are in interracial relationships.
I am a black lady dating a white guy.
We've had several arguments/ discussions on the use of the 'n'' words and other stuff.
He keeps getting upset and querying why black people can use the 'n' word on themselves but get upset when white people use this word.

I have tried many different ways to explain this but it always leads to arguments because he just doesn't understand and this topic has been brought up many times .
A few days ago we were having a discussion about something very trivial and he made a comparison between that and the Ku Klux Klan and thought it was funny. I asked him why he he feels these 2 things are similar when one was the rounding up and killing of black people. He asked me why I'm upset when It wasn't my family that this happened to. He also went on to say it's isn't his fault those things happened and why I/black people want to hate or blame him for something he didn't do.

This conversation really upset me because I love him and I know he loves me but he just has no idea and doesn't understand when I try to explain, so maybe I'm explaining this wrong for him to understand the implications of the things he says.

I really just want to know how you would explain these things to a white person with the same thoughts to make things easier to understand
