I'm struggling

My marriage was abusive, he is convicted and has a 2 year community payback order and has to attend a course on a weekly basis for rehabilitation. It took 11 months, he called police on me 2 times for child abuse because I wouldn't allow him the children out with the agreement he then disappeared of the face of the earth after nipping to shop quickly my older 3 arnt biologically his my youngest is and it was one of my older ones he took. Police had to search for him and finally found them miles from the area. I told my support worker and she told his social worker who have said with child protection to stop contact, I ofcourse listen and having no contact at all but I'm struggling mentally I have no family or friends support I'm crying daily I work when kids are at school and up with them and in bed with them I havnt had an hour to myself in god knows how long. I'm trying to hold it together but I'm really really struggling I don't wanna bug my support worker as I know she supports other women aswell but I feel so incredibly alone x
