Yes beef tallow!

Remove all diary and wheat from her diet. Try use coconut oil. Try Oat baths as well.

We have gone through a massive list. The best one other than steroids is emollient 50 or hydromol. They are pure grease but they have helped more than anything else x

Avoiding dairy and reducing baths helped, but even with his steroid creams and various gunks it's awful
She is cmpa anyway so doesnt have dairy x

We reduced my daughters baths which helped and did an oat bath once a week. The only cream I've found that really works for her is aveeno x

I’ve tried all the above mentioned and it didn’t work with my daughter, I then used Bioderma Aroderm and it has since cleared her eczema. Do try it

Aveeno dermexa range for bath and body and making sure she’s not too hot to avoid her eczema itching x

We have tried a few different ones and Cetraben has worked the best for us.

Diprobase worked wonders for us during non flare up times
