Yogurt for yeast!

Has anyone inserted yogurt into your vagina for yeast? Did it work and how did you do it and for how long?

Yes! Just on a tampon. I did about 30 minutes. Chobani NO SUGAR plain Greek yogurt.

I got Greek yogurt has 7 grams of sugar should I get a different one? Also did u do it for multiple days at a time or just once?
