Post partum piles
Does anyone here have post partum piles? I had a vaginal birth and after birth notice I have piles quite small but painful still. Anyone used over the counter creams to help or prescribed by doctor?. Online it says it can take weeks to clear on its own 🤷‍♀️

Yes another vote for Anusol, but make sure you get the natural one if you are breastfeeding x
The drs can give you a prescribed one that actually shrinks them. I found that all the otc ones didn’t actually help get rid of them x
