If possible, I would try and see a therapist to help you process. I’m so sorry you’re going through this ❤️

I’m really sorry 😢 Yes try and speak to someone, we had MMC at 9 weeks too and it’s so cruel. But whilst it will never go away, time heals ♥️ Be kind to yourself, it’s important to feel and it’s not selfish to stay away from pregnant friends for a while or even have negative thoughts (this happened to me and I beat myself up so hard). You can be happy for others but protect yourself at the same time x

I had a missed miscarriage at 6 weeks but didn't have any symptoms until 11wks.
I was a mess to start with, time & space from extended family is helping me process the grief. If you can take the time to write down how you feel... if there's no one to speak to, getting down any emotions about your future or any guilt might help x

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I’m on my second one this year. Have my D&C tomorrow. The only thing that helps is time, as cliche as it sounds. Cry and grieve and go through all of the emotions you’re feeling. One thing that helped me the first time was going for walks by myself and listening to podcasts. I listened to Darling Shine from the beginning which is an Australian podcast where 2 friends discuss miscarriage and some other difficult topics. It helped me to feel less alone. If you listen to it, listen to the first few episodes though as the most recent ones are focused on pregnancy and might be triggering. There are also lots of other great podcasts out there that don’t even have to be focused on miscarriage but might be a nice distraction to take with you on a walk ♥️
