Fever! Is this canine/ molars?
High fever of 102.2 for almost two days. Eating and drinking. No other symptoms. Drooling a bit.
Could this be teething? Anyone else experience this?!

Have you been giving Tylenol and Motrin? Make sure you keep that fever down. I’d see a doctor if those medication aren’t working.
If it is related to teething, you should take them to a dentist or pediatrician. Our dentist told me anything over 100.4 could be an infection which can happen when the tooth is erupting
Sounds like the start of a viral infection could be teething simultaneously but it wouldn’t cause a fever like that.
Covid is making its rounds again unfortunately we had a couple weeks ago. Started with high fever.
Personally I take my child in to the doctor if they have a fever over 101 and meds won’t kick it
