I like to read, I feel like it helps me stay calm and retain at least good vocabulary. I also do sudoku and I’m trying to learn another language rn slowly. Our brains are like a muscle and if you don’t use it you lose it so it’s good to find at least one or two ways to challenge and stimulate yourself mentally

Honestly I’m the least organized person ever and I’ve used my calendars on my phone and irl and I write everything in my notes app on my phone that I need to remember or do! It’s helped a lot

I was going to suggest the calendar and notes app! I never used it before pregnancy and now I can’t live without it. Write everything down. I have my calendar and notes shared with my partner, so he also knows everything and can keep me accountable. Etc.
