Spectra help!

I’ve used my brand new spectra S1 maybe 10 times total and this morning there is no suction. The rubber backings move up and down and I can hear the pump working but zero suction on my boobs. Everything on their site says new parts/valves are probably needed.. this pump is brand new. Anyone have experience with this?

Did you check that the hoses are all the way securely in and that the duckbills didn’t fall off from the flanges? There’s been a couple times a duckbill fell in the bottle mid-session into the milk! If neither of this work, not sure what else it could be.

Yes! Everything was secure in place. I even took everything apart and put back together. After doing this about 5 times I think I finally have suction 😵‍💫 not a fan of that happening!
