Am I being unreasonable to be absolutely fuming / heartbroken
My husband has put on quite a bit of weight since we got married and so his wedding ring has become very tight. I have asked him in several occasions
to let me get it resized for him but he keeps saying not to bother.
Well today we went out and I noticed he was looking for something in his car, when I asked what he said he was looking for his wedding ring - apparently he took it off yesterday as it was very hot and it got uncomfortable and he put it in a coin holder in his car. in the process of getting a car wash it seems to have gone missing.
I’m fuming as it was a very expensive ring but now I’m also very suspicious of foul play ( which I’ve never been before - not accusing him of cheating as I know it’s not that) but I’m worried he may be trying to look single and the fact my once lovely toned body is now flabby and saggy 8 weeks PP not to mention the prolapse I’ve been left with and almost dying in childbirth I just feel fucking shit and can’t stop crying.

The way I’m reading this, it sounds like he may be embarrassed about his weight gain and having it resized would be accepting that he’s bigger now? This phase is so hard on relationships, it can feel like everything is falling apart, tell him how you feel. Sending love xx
