Thrush at 7 weeks postpartum

Going incognito cause it's embarrassing but I had my baby 7 weeks ago and I think I have thrush. I'm not itchy or anything but there is extra discharge and almost like a 'sweet smell' I previously had these symptoms and thought it couldnt be thrush cause I wasn't sore or itchy but when I had a swab at the start of my pregnancy i had the same symptoms that I have now and the doctor confirmed it was thrush. I'm assuming it's common because of the hormone changes still??
