My little one now sleeps through the night. She is 10 weeks. If your one does too do you still get up to pump in the night or do you continue to sleep?
I'm in two minds if I should be waking up to pump. My boobs in the morning produce between 250-300ml if I don't pump in the night. But I'm concerned if I don't pump through the night my supply is going to drop...

I don’t pump I’m middle of night anymore, I am exclusive pumper but I’m also 9 months pp. I stopped pumping in middle of night around 3 months (12 weeks) pp cause I just wanted sleep. I would wake up and still do wake up a little FULL but I do a good long pump in AM to make sure I am fully empty. It’s totally up to you tho!
I'm 4months PP and do it if I feel up to it depending on how tired I am when I wake. I just set the alarm and see how I feel, sometimes I don't even remember the alarm going off I'm so knackered.
Your supply will settle at around 12 weeks so it may be worth waking for a little longer🥱
My baby is 10 weeks too and I wake up to pump at night but I am thinking of dropping the night pump too! I guess try a few days without pumping at night and see if it drops, if it does just power pump a few days and pump at night again and wait a few more weeks until supply is definitely established
