So my son in almost 10 month old I woke up at 5 to this ? Any idea it just active sleep mabe dreaming and nothing serious :( he was breathing really fast will post in comments :(

Yes, active sleep! I used to watch my baby while he sleeps and freak myself out ALL night.
Active sleep. My brother used to do it when he was younger, and my daughter also does it x
