Baby waking at 4am….
My little girl is 7 months next week and for the past two weeks she’s been waking at 4am for dummy/nappy change. She doesn’t want feeding at this time as she goes back to sleep and I’m guessing that if she did want milk she wouldn’t go back to sleep. It’s never been an issue before and it seems strange to me that it’s always at the same time each night give or take 10 mins.
Any ideas why this might be? Thank you

Her nappy might be too full at 4am and she’s just uncomfortable because it’s wet against her genitals maybe she’s just more sensitive to the wet.
yeah I thought this too but it hasn’t been an issue previously. Maybe she’s just more aware of it now as she’s getting older.
