Brown marks on skin?

I’m around 6/7 weeks pregnant, and I found some light brown marks on my skin just after I found out I was pregnant. I’ve researched it and it says it’s called Melasma but it’s more common in later pregnancy. Has anyone else had this? They look like birth marks. X

Yes! I have brown mark on my face about 1/2 cm that showed up in my first pregnancy. It didn’t completely go but was barely noticeable and now I’m pregnant again it’s like it’s come straight back up prominent again 😅

That makes me feel better that it’s not just me! 😂 everyone I’ve mentioned it to have never heard of it in pregnancy before. I have it around my neck and the backs of legs, very strange!

Also mine are big marks!
