Is there any body types that literally cannot get muscle or curves cus I’m a string bean and I fucking hate it but my metabolism is so fast I can’t retain anything. Hard to even gain weight or keep it on. Does anyone have this and was able to get curves? (Besides “having kids” that’s all I hear but I have 3 and I’m so insecure I got nothing)
I workout and try to eat right and still can’t get anything

I'm in the same boat but have 2 kids now and finally got curves! I'd really don't have any advice but maybe contact a personal trainer/coach to see what they suggest! I eat alot of protein and trying to eat more greens.
Maybe start eating unhealthy more?

It’s all in the muscle groups you grow that gives you “curves” it also takes YEARS for women to gain the muscle and body they want working out.

If you really want to gain some weight in the right places you'll have to go through a bulking period with low intensity to minimal/no cardio to maintain muscle and prioritize heavy lifting

I think it’s called an ectomorph body type where it’s hard to gain weight

Yeah I think every body is different. Some are like bigger boned as a call it. They just naturally have a bigger figure or their like shoulders are wider than others. And then some are more curvy or have bigger boobs and some are just small. I think working out and working the muscles in certain area could help. But sometimes it might not work that well

High protein bars helped me out with putting on and keeping weight. I also throw in a little bit of junk food along with a diet with a lot of meat. Try looking into diets that body builders use to "bulk up" before they tone it. You probably don't have to go to their extremes, but it might help with putting on weight.

My guess would he try to eat a larger quantity of healthy food (balance of good carbs, quality protein plus plenty of roughage)
Protein shakes may help you get the calorie and protein boost.
Weight lighting + protein.

I’m a strength lifting coach (specialising in barbells). You can 100% put muscle on and change your body composition! But look more towards lifting weights than cardiovascular/aerobic exercise.
I work for an amazing online coaching company- worth checking them out. Barbell-logic . Com

Weight lifting and squats

Protein intake is big when it comes to growing muscle! Make sure you're getting over the daily amount

Girl same! No matter how much I eat I never gain anything!!!!! And if I’m sick I tend to lose so much weight in a couple of days of being sick once I’m better I’m lucky to even out the weight back on that I had before I got sick lol I’ve gone to several doctors over the years and they always give me like a football bulk diet but never works! I can eat !!! I’ve also have been working out and taking high protein drinks with my meals and it’s been about two years of doing that and I finally starting to pick up weight now not a lot since I still lose it all when I get sick …. Good luck!!!!!!!!
