Struggling with PP weight
Hi lovelies 💓
I know I'm not alone here , so I wanted to reach out to this community. I had my baby about 1.5 years ago now, and am still struggling to lose the last 10ish pounds. I know mostly it's because I have a hard time finding the energy to work out , and sometimes really struggle to eat right, so I know what I'm doing wrong . But I am just curious to know what's worked for you? I am not ashamed of what I look like, I just know I feel better when I can wear clothes I used to love and also increase my energy levels . Any advice ? Any routines that have worked for anyone, whether it's a combo of light exercise and food, or just a mindset change?

I’m right there with you. I have a Velcro baby who is a contact napper so I am trapped frequently. So really until it’s bedtime I don’t have a chance to work out and by that time I’m usually too tired and just end up cleaning the house. I don’t have any suggestions that will help but at least you know you’re not alone 😊
