It could be the start of chickenpox or an allergic reaction to something. My son is just now getting over chicken pox and it looked similar in the beginning, just keep an eye on it and if it starts getting worse I’d call their pediatrician🫶

My son had that and the pediatrician said it was eczema. It’s now gone because of the cream they gave us. Could also be allergic reaction so I would personally keep an eye on it and see your baby’s doctor if it worries you.

My son broke out like that. They doctor said it was eczema and try to put more lotion on them when possible.
