Nanny rules

Hi! I currently have a nanny. She is with my son a couple of days a week, and we have had her since May. I wonder if anyone could tell me if they have Nanny rules like expectations. I recently found my Nanny sleeping on the job, And I feel like there are a couple of other things I want to address, but I wanted opinions from other families

How did you find out she was sleeping on the job? Can I ask what other issues you might have had?
I’m just about to employ a nanny and pay huge agency fee and I’m a little concerned of what might or if go wrong
